Here in the 1st equation no.of Oxygen atoms is not balanced
No. of Oxygen atom in LHS = 6
No. of Oxygen atom in RHS = 7
LHS not equal to RHS. Hence wrong

In the 2nd equation no. of Oxygen atoms are balaanced
No. of Oxygen atom in LHS = 12
No. of Oxygen atom in RHS = 12
LHS equal to RHS. Hence correct
