Solution

The correct option is B Plastocyanin
Plastocyanin is a mobile electron carrier in the thylakoid membrane, which transfers electrons from cytochrome b6-f complex to photosystem I during noncyclic electron flow. During non-cyclic electron flow from pheophytin, the electron moves downhill through quinone (Q), reduced plastoquinone (PQH2), cytochrome b6-f complex, plastocyanin (PC) and then to P700 of photosystem I. The plastocyanin is a copper-containing protein. Its reduced form is colourless but the oxidised form is blue.
So, the correct answer is option B.
