Solution

The correct option is A Osteoporosis
Osteoporosis- It is an age-related disorder characterised by decreased bone mass and increased chances of fractures. Decreased levels of estrogen is a common cause. Osteoporosis is a bone disease that occurs when the body loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both. As a result, bones become weak and may break from a fall or, in serious cases, from minor bumps. In this disease, bone becomes porous.
Osteoarthritis- it is an inflammatory disease which causes the inflammation of the joints and causes joint pain and stiffness. It worsens with age.
Rheumatoid arthritis whereas is an autoimmune disorder.

Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease in which our immune system mistakenly attacks our healthy body cells. It is a neuromuscular disease which causes skeletal muscle weakness. Eyes and faces are most commonly affected by this. It results in double vision, drooping eyelids, trouble talking and trouble walking.

Gout- It is an inflammatory disease which causes inflammation of joints. It is caused by the accumulation of uric acid crystals. Gout is caused by a condition known as hyperuricemia, where there is too much uric acid in the body due to a defect in purine metabolism. The body makes uric acid when it breaks down purines during purine metabolism. Its main symptoms involve pain, swelling and redness.
