The correct option is B LH
Luteinizing hormone or LH is a hormone produced by anterior pituitary gland. LH triggers ovulation and development of the corpus luteum. The level of LH reaches its peak during the follicular phase. This so-called 'LH surge' triggers ovulation, thereby not only releasing the egg from the follicle but also initiating the conversion of the residual follicle to corpus luteum that in turn produces progesterone.
