We know,

∆G = ∆H - T ∆S

Enthalpy change during the phenomenon of adsorption is negative because, during adsorption, there is always a decrease in entropy and so to make G negative, H must be negative.
So, adsorption is an exothermic process and hence it can not have H>0.
