The correct option is A RBCs
Young RBCs have membrane-bound organelles like nucleus and mitochondria, but during the process of maturation, they lose those organelles and attain a biconcave shape. This shape helps them to accommodate more haemoglobin and in turn ensures proper O2 transport. However, the absence of mitochondria also means RBCs cannot perform the Krebs cycle or use the electron transport chain, which are essential for aerobic respiration. So, RBCs can only perform anaerobic respiration in their cytoplasm.
The cells given in the rest of the options have mitochondria and so they can perform aerobic respiration.
