H=12[V+MC+A]

Where H = hybridisation, V = valence electrons, M = Ligands, A = Negative charge, C = Positive charge

For NO2 H=12[5+00+1]=62=3 sp2

For NO3 H=12[5+00+1]=62=3

Same hybridisation sp2. In the above formulae, we take the ligands to be 0 because thr central atom is bonded to oxygen - an exception in this case.
