Right to constitutional remedies

Fundamental rights are of great importance in the lives of human being but they are toothless in absence of strong enforcing mechanism. Therefore Article 32 of the Constitution is called the heart of the Indian constitution as it provides for the enforcement of the fundamental rights on their violation against the state. The Supreme Court is made the guarantor of fundamental rights. A person can directly approach the Supreme Court on the violation of any fundamental right.
