Plasmodium is a sporozoan type of protozoa. They are endoparasites. Locomotory orgenelles are absent in them. It is the malarial parasite. It needs to hosts for completing its life cycle, i.e. female Anopheles mosquito and human beings.
Trypanosoma is a zooflagellate. They possess flagella for locomotion. They are the parasite for sleeping sickness. In human beings, this parasite lives in the blood plasma.
