which organ of digestive system helps in fruit digestion in humans? is it absent in cats? if not / why are they not able to digest fruits ?

Mouth, oesophagus, stomach, liver, pancreas, small intestine and large intestine are all involved in digestion of food (fruits also).
Cats can eat fruits but not too much just like humans. It can cause diarrhoea. Excessive consumption of any type is injurious.
