Trypsin is an enzyme which is present in an inactivated state in the pancreatic juices. It is secreted by the intestinal cells. When enterokinase act on trypsinogen it becomes an active form trypsin.
Pepsin is an enzyme which is present in an inactive form as pepsinogen. It is secreted by the gastric glands of the stomach when Hcl act on pepsinogen it can it is converted into pepsin which is the active form.
