Solution

Pancreatic enzymes:

Pancreatic enzymes are a group of digestive enzymes that are synthesized and secreted by the pancreas. The five pancreatic enzymes are:

  • Amylase or amylopsin
  • Pancreatic lipase
  • Chymotrypsin
  • Carboxypeptidase
  • Trypsin.

The pancreatic enzyme that is involved in the digestion of protein is trypsin. Trypsin acts on complex protein molecules and converts those into smaller peptides.
