Solution
The correct option is B Ear
Cartilage is the connective tissue that surrounds the ends of bones to allow for smooth joint movement.
The ear is an organ of hearing and balance in mammals. The outer ear i.e. pinna consists of outer rim called helix, and an inner rim (antihelix) which opens into a canal (ear canal), which is surrounded by cartilage. The cartilage makes the structure very flexible as compared to other bony structures present in the body.
The legs consist of the femur (thigh bone) and the forelimbs (tibia+ fibula). The leg joints and bones have a good degree of rotation but cannot be regarded as flexible.
The neck also consists of bones i.e. vertebrae which do not provide much scope for flexibility.
Hence, the part of the body which shows flexible movement due to the presence of cartilage is ear.
