In vegetative propagation, new plantlets are formed from vegetative cells, buds, or organs of the plant. The vegetative parts of the plant includes stem, root, and leaves. These parts gets detached from the parent body to grow into an independent daughter plant. But, flower is the reproductive organ of a plant. Plants reproduce sexually through the male and female gametes present in the flowers.
