Solution
The correct option is C Head The sperm carries half the genetic information from the father and the eggs carry half the genetic information from the mother. When the two join they form a little individual but bits of both mother and father. The sperm cell consists of a head, a middle piece and a tail. The head contains the nucleus with densely coiled chromatin fibres, surrounded anteriorly by an acrosome, which contains enzymes used for penetrating the female egg. It carries important genetic information that supplies the egg with the information needed from the father of the baby. It carries the genes from the father and things like; what colour hair the baby will develop, the colour of its eyes and its personality, characteristics and etc. Each sperm has its own set of unique characteristics and genes from the father. The characteristics from the sperm (the father) and the characteristics from the egg (the mother) combine to create the fetus.
