Which part of the tooth has soft material with nerves and blood vessels?
Pulp of tooth
Right below the white enamel is a hard layer called the dentine. Dentine forms the bulk of the tooth and has a hollow space filled with a soft material called the pulp. The pulp contains the tooth's nerves and blood vessels. The tooth pulp is the most vital part of the tooth, originating in the center of the tooth, underneath the enamel layer.
