Solution
Venus:
Venus is the nearest planetary to earth and the second planet from the sun in our solar system. It occurs initially in the morning before the sun rises and again in the evenings after sunset.
Whenever Venus is on the eastern end of the globe and the sun has not yet emerged, this planet appears even before the sun has continued to rise toward spectators on the eastern horizon of the earth, and the earth will still have to revolve a few degrees therefore for the sun to rise. As a result, it is known as the morning star.
Whenever Venus is on the western side of the earth, the sun sets on the earth's western horizon as the world rotates from west to east. Someone observing from there might have seen the planet just after sunset, and because of its luminosity, it looked like a star, thus the designation evening star.
Therefore, Venus is known as the evening or morning star.
