Paternalistic style of mangement adhers to the management style where ther will be a authoritative or dominant figure who manages the organisation in a patriarchial or matriarchial style and treats the employees as a family along with responsibility.Usually the management principle of authority and responsibility is related with patriarchial style of mangement as in authority and responsibility managers are empowered with authority along with responsibility of the organisation.
