Solution

(a) When a worker receives orders from more than one boss it is a violation of the principle of 'unity of command' which talks about the requirement of only one manager for an employee and that he must be answerable to only him. Having more than one manager will lead to conflict, chaos and confusion.
(b) When an employee is given a task without the authority to access the basic items, it is a violation of the principle 'authority and responsibility' since the principle talks about the the manager's responsibility to look after the needs of an employee. To get the work done which is assigned to him it is important for him to give the authority to the employee to access the raw materials.
(c) A worker should always make optimum usage of time. By wasting time in finding a tool box it is violating the principle of 'order' which talks about the materials being kept at the right place so that it can be used or accessed at any time easily without a fuss.
(d) If a manager grants more medical leaves to a supervisor and less to an accountant it is a violation to the principle of 'equity' which talks about the equality of all employees and no discrimination based on their nature of work and likewise.
