Which principle violates the principle of unity of command?

Dear Student,
According to the unity of command principle, there should be only one boss for every individual employee. If an employee gets orders from two superiors at the same time the principal of principle of unity of command is violated. So, this principle states that each participant in an organisation should receive orders and be responsible to one superior.
