Which produces sound of a higher pitch : a drum or a whistle ?

Whistle has higher pitch because the air columns in the whistle vibrate more number of times than the stretched membrane in the case of drums , so whistle has higher pitch ( REMEMBER Pitch matters upon frequency not loudness .)
