Multiplication is commutative for rational numbers.
i.e., For any two rational numbers a and b, a × b = b × a.
Here, 5 and 19 are rational numbers(since all integers are rational numbers) and hence commutativity of mutiplication must hold true for mutiplication of 5 and 19 as well.
i.e., 5 x 19 = 19 x 5
