The correct option is C
We can see that there are 3 cubes in each layer of the first rectangular solid.
Volume = length × width × height
= 3 × 1 × 3 = 9 unit cubes

Similarly, we can see that there are 6 cubes in each layer of the second rectangular solid.
Volume = length × width × height
= 3 × 2 × 2 = 12 unit cubes

Therefore, second rectangular solid has greater volume.
