Which rights contained in South Africa constitution have not been provide by the Indian constitution? Do you think they might be guaranteed to Indian citizen in been future? ELABORATE

The rights contained in South Africa constitution have not been provide by the Indian constitution:
1) Right to privacy, so that citizens or their home cannot be searched, their phones cannot be tapped, their communication cannot be opened. ­
2) Right to an environment that is not harmful to their health or well- being
3) Right to have access to adequate housing. ­
4) Right to have access to health care services, sufficient food and water; no one may be refused emergency medical treatment.
We are not sure whether they will be added to the list of rights but they should be added as they will add a strong meaning to the rights given to citizens.
