Solution

The correct option is B Slobodan Milosevic
Slobodan Milošević, Serb nationalist, politician and administrator, who, as Serbia’s party leader and president (1989–97), pursued Serbian nationalist policies that contributed to the breakup of the socialist Yugoslav federation. Under his regime, hundreds of Albanians were killed in Kosovo, and over 800,000 Albanians were thrown out of their province. Many Serb leaders also believed that the Albanians needed to leave the country. Tensions rose between the two communities, which eventually led to several wars. It ended with the disintegration of Serbia, and Milosevic was eventually tried in the International Court of Justice for his war crimes against humanity. He died in his prison cell before a verdict was reached.
