Speed of any wave propagation do not depend on amplitude but depend on loudness. $$\begin{gathered} \mathrm{We}\mathrm{know}\mathrm{that}, \\ \mathrm{speed}=\mathrm{Frequency}\times \mathrm{wavelength} \end{gathered}$$As the frequency of sound of mosquito is high, the speed is high and thus we hear sound of mosquito faster.
