(CH3)3N has sp3 hybridization on nitrogen with pyramidal shape due to pπ-pπ bonding...whereas in (SiH3)3N Si has vacant d orbitals which provides pπ-dπ bonding and so nitrogen has sp2 hybridization with trigonal planar shape
