The correct option is C Formality

For electrolytic concentration term formality is used in place of molarity. Formality is g formula mass of electrolyte in one litre solution. Remember it is not possible to determine exact molar mass of electrolytes. We simply assume the formula say for sodium chloride it is NaCl and formula mass is 58.5. This value can never be obtained experimentally.
