The correct option is C SCl4
SiCl4 is tetrahedral as it has four chlorine atoms attached tetrahedrally where as SCl4 has four chlorine atoms and a lone pair on sulfur which makes its structure see-saw and the remaining molecules are having tetrahedral geometry.
So SCl4 is not iso structural with SiCl4
Hence option C is correct.
