Dear student
The ionic solids do not conduct electricity in solid state but it do conducts in molten state because they are bonded by strong ionic bonds in solid state while in molten state the ions are free to move hence conducts electricity.
The molecular solid and covalent solid do not conduct electricity in solid as well as molten state. As they are held by covalent bonds so no delocalisation of electrons takes place as atoms are sharing the electrons and hence no unbalanced ionic charges to conduct electricity
The metallic solids conducts electricity in solid as well as molten state but not as much as in solid state. they conduct electricity because the electrons in this case are delocalised.
so answer is option(A) and (D).
