Dear student, Eukaryotes consist of both membrane bound and non- membrane bound organelles like plasma membrane, cytoplasm, ribosomes, nucleus, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi bodies etc while prokaryotes consist of only non- membrane bound organelles like cytoplasm, plasma membrane and ribosomes.
