Sprouted wheat grains contain vitamin B except vitamin B12 and Vitamin C.
Vitamin B1 is thiamine, B2 is riboflavin, Vitamin B3 is niacin, Vitamin B5 is pantothenic acid, B6 is pyridoxine, B7 is biotin and B9 is folate. All these vitamins are washed away when wheat sprouts are washed repeatedly as vitamin B and vitamin C are water-soluble vitamins and can be washed away with water. Vitamin A, D, E and K are fat soluble vitamines which cannot be washed away by water.
