while calculating for coulomb force do we consider the charge of the electron also
meaning do we include the negative sign in the calculations?

Dear Student ,
due to product of charges sign would not affect the magnitude of forces
but it affect on nature of forces if product negative forces are attractive if positive
then forces are repulsive.
