Cervical barrier methods are the female-initiated method used to prevent pregnancy, in addition, it helps to prevent HIV and various other sexually transmitted diseases. HIV is transmitted by blood and semen of the infected person. The picture here shows three cervical barriers i.e., condom, copper T and tubectomy. Tubectomy and Copper T does not prevent the semen from entering the female's body but the condom is the only option where the semen does not enter the female body. Therefore HIV can be prevented by condoms.
Thus the correct option is C.
