The correct option is A A =6,000; B =300 and C =45
To multiply two numbers using the box method, we must first express them in expanded form.

Numbers in expanded form are:
125=100+20+5 and
169=100+60+9

Now, 125×169=(100+20+5)×(100+60+9)
Since, both the numbers are of three digits, we need 3×3 box as depicted in figure below,


now, multiplying numbers on left of box by numbers on top of box one by one as shown in below figure,


Therefore, comparing this box with the given box,
A =6,000; B =300 and C =45.

(a) is the correct option.
