Who discovered themodel of the atom and how did he discover it?

Rutherford and Bohr discover the model of atom i.e. the structure of atom in the year of 1911.
The structure of atom was comes from the idea that matter is neutral so same number of proton and neutron should be present in the matter and the other factor is that the matter is not so hard it has come from the x-ray.
