  1. The theory of chemical evolution was proposed by Aleksandr Ivanovich Oparin and J.B.S Haldane in 1992.
  2. According to this theory, the early earth was composed of inorganic matter which was later assembled into a complex molecular basis.
  3. Later these complex molecular substances assembled together to form the first functioning cell.
