Milosevic was a narrow minded Serb nationalist and Yugoslavian president who was born on August 20, 1941 in Pozarevac, Serbia.He was elected as Serbia’s president in 1989 and founded the Socialist party.. His government was very hostile to the Kosovo Albanians.They were deprived of all rights and treated as second class citizens.
He wanted the Serbs to dominate the country. Many Serb leaders thought that Ethnic minorities like Albanians should either leave the country or accept the dominance of the Serbs.
