It contained the principle of hopes for a better world. The 26 Allies (Nations) supported the Charter. Franklin Roosevelt who was the President of U.S. and Winston Churchill was the Prime Minister of Britain. It was their idea for the Atlantic Charter. Joseph Stalin was dictator of the Soviet Union who came into power in 1924.
