Solution
According to Gay-Lussac's law,
The pressure by a fixed amount of gas is directly proportional to its absolute temperature if the volume remains constant.
which means when the temperature increases the pressure will also be increased.
In winter inside the home that is more temperature as compared to the outside that is why the footballs are inflated but as soon as it comes outside the temperature becomes low, gas shrinks, and pressure also decreases that is why football shrinks.
