Question

Why an object which is positive is considered to have more potential while in object which is negative is considered to be of lower potential ? Is this for a the size of a Proton or its value of charge ?

Size does not matter in the calculation of potential.When object has positive charge it has large value compared to the object which has negative charge because positive value is always greater than negative value.
