Solution

Dear Student,
Question:- why are Healthcare services considered the responsibility of the government in a democracy
Answer:- In the democratic countries people choose the representatives, decide which government should serve the country for how much tenure. We only decide what government service we want our government to provide that we are paying taxes for.

We pay taxes for the betterment of our country like public education, Military, road, and bridges, fire, police, better hospitals, health services, safe air, water, food, etc.

Rich can afford everything by private companies but what about the common man. So, the programs run by the government will cover everyone. Whether its food, healthcare, water, road, transport, etc.
