Why are radiators in cars painted Black?

Black surfaces are the best absorbsers as well as best emitters of Heat. As Radiators are heat exchangers used for cooling engines, they are painted with carbon black or Aluminium to cool the engines efficiently..Radiators are specifically provided in a vehicle so that they can reject heat,if the radiator is painted black the heat rejection rate increases and hence cools the engine efficiently.
