Solution
6 R's:
The 6R's are
Rethink, Repair, Refuse, Recycle, Reuse, Reduce.
Rethink: how can things be done differently?
Repair: instead of discarding, can it be repaired?
Refuse: would these things be disagreed by designers/developers?
Recycle: upon finishing the product, can the material be easily used for recycling?
Reuse: can the material be used again for the same purpose?
Reduce: can the material use be reduced?
They are used to decrease the environmental effect of the production of goods.
They help us to think whether we are in real need of the things or we can just repair the old ones.
Therefore, these 6 R’s can also be made use to analyze and assess the impact of these products.
