Some MNCs have set up their customer care units and call centres in developing countries like India. The main objective behind this is earning profits by lowering the operational costs. That way MNCs are outsourcing their jobs to such nations where labour cost is low. Even the work of accounting, engineering, marketing, etc, is being outsourced in developing countries having English speaking population.
