Solution
Men have vocal cords about 20 mm in length. Women have vocal cords about 5 mm long. Children have still very short (less than 5 mm and increases as they age) vocal cords.
As the frequency of vibration of the vocal cord increases, the pitch of the sound produced by it increases.
So, when, we go from man to woman, and then child, the frequency of vibration of their vocal cords increases due to which the pitch of their voices increases.
