Why are the waves mentioned by you (ultrasonic waves) are not audible to us?

The human ear can hear the sound waves which are ranges from 20Hz to 20,000Hz.
The ultrasonic waves are not audible to us because those waves have a frequency of more than 20,000 Hz.
Thus, ultrasonic waves are not audible to us.
