Why are we advised not to fill air into a cycle tyre very tightly during the summers?

As we all knw , matter expands on heating & contracts on cooling . Apply same principle here . In summer heat is much more , so air expands(Charle's law) , but as the tyre is full of air & no room for expanded air , so the tyre bursts !!
