We aren't attracted to each other even though gravitational force acts between us becoz
1. Earth’s gravity Earth’s gravity influence is much stronger on humans than 2 humans on exert on each other , thus our gravity is too weak to overcome earth’s gravity and pull humans towards each other.
2. Friction
Friction is another reason why humans are not attracted to each other by gravity , The friction of 2 Humans standing nearby are resisting this force but it does little to no job , again because of gravity weakness.

Air is matter , so it acts as a barrier that stops humans from being attracted to each other by the weak gravity.
