Why arent there any nephrons in the upper part of kidney? are adernal glandsa part / cap over kidneys upper part?

The function of nephron is to filter the blood from waste products which passes into the urine. Nephrons are not located in the upper part of the kidney becaiuse of the function they perform which requires them to be in the lower part of the kidney.
​Yes, adrenal gland (suprarenal gland) is located in the upper part of kidney.
